Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt alle unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und Sicherstellung des Betriebs aller Systeme mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Benutzeranfragen und Client-Probleme

Du hilfst unserem IT-Team bei der Konfiguration und Installation der Windows Client-Infrastruktur
Du kannst flexibel immer wieder wechselnde Aufgaben erledigen
Du unterstützt bei aktuellen Projekten, bspw. bei der Erweiterung und Nutzung der Microsoft 365-Apps
Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die IT-Service-Bereiche Backup, Überwachung, Serverinstallation und Dokumentation

Deine Qualifikation

Du studierst Informatik oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung mit informationstechnischem Schwerpunkt
Du kannst bei uns vor Ort Arbeiten, da Deine Universität oder Hochschule in unserer Umgebung ist
Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis hinsichtlich IT-Infrastruktursystemen und bringst bereits Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen und den MS 365 Apps mit
Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungs-bewusste Arbeitsweise aus
Du bist eine Kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit und bringst eine starke analytische Denkweise und Problemlösungskompetenz mit
Du hast die Bereitschaft zu lernen, im Team zu arbeiten und proaktiv Aufgaben zu übernehmen
Sprachen: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch als Plus

Your tasks

You will support all our employees with IT issues and ensure the operation of all systems with a focus on user requests and client problems
You will assist our IT team with the configuration and installation of the Windows client infrastructure
You will flexibly perform constantly changing tasks
You will support current projects, e.g. the expansion and use of Microsoft 365 apps
You will gain exciting insights into IT service areas such as backup, monitoring, server installation and documentation

Your profile

You are studying computer science or a similar subject with a focus on information technology
You are able to work on site with us, as your university or college is in our area
You have a good understanding of IT infrastructure systems and already have experience with Windows operating systems and MS 365 apps
You are characterised by a structured, independent and responsible way of working
You are a communicative and open personality and have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
You have the willingness to learn, work in a team and proactively take on tasks
Languages: Fluent written and spoken German, English as a plus
