Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von zukünftigen AI-Lösungen im Ascon Systems-Produktportfolio.
Die Analyse und Bewertung von bestehenden AI-Lösungen am Markt sowie die Entwicklung von neuen, innovativen AI- basierten Produktideen gehören zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben.
Zusammen mit cross-funktionalen Projektteams entwickelst Du passende AI-Lösungen auf Basis von fachlich-prozessualen Anforderungen und technischen Spezifikationen. In die jeweiligen Fachprozesse arbeitest Du Dich schnell ein, verschaffst Dir selbstständig einen Überblick und verknüpfst die verschiedenen Themen miteinander.
Nicht nur die Entwicklungen von AI-Anwendungen begeistern Dich – auch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Lösungen im Betrieb reizt Dich. So übernimmst du Verantwortung sowohl in der Entwicklung als auch für den Betrieb unserer AI-Anwendungen.

Deine Qualifikation

Du hast ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, o. ä. absolviert.
Du bringst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung und Know-How im Bereich AI Applications und Machine Learning mit.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einer Objektorientierten Programmiersprache (Python wünschenswert oder alternativ Java oder C++) gesammelt.
Kenntnisse im Umfeld des Systems Engineerings sind von Vorteil.
Wir wünschen uns von Dir sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Freude am strukturierten Arbeiten im Team in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Ein gutes Organisationstalent, Detailorientierung und Erfahrungen mit IT-Umsetzungsprojekten oder Softwareentwicklung erleichtern Dir sicher den Einstieg.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.

Your tasks

You will support the identification and evaluation of future AI solutions in the Ascon Systems product portfolio.
Your main tasks will include analyzing and evaluating existing AI solutions on the market and developing new, innovative AI-based product ideas.
Together with cross-functional project teams, you will develop suitable AI solutions based on business and process requirements and technical specifications. You will quickly familiarize yourself with the respective specialist processes, independently gain an overview and link the various topics together.
You are not only enthusiastic about developing AI applications - you are also interested in the continuous development of your solutions during operation. You will take over responsibility for both the development and operation of our AI applications.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or similar.
Ideally, you already have some experience and know-how in the field of AI applications and machine learning.
You have already gained experience with an object-oriented programming language (Python desirable or alternatively Java or C++).
Knowledge in the field of systems engineering is an advantage.
We want you to have very good analytical and communication skills and enjoy working in a structured team in a dynamic environment.
A good organizational talent, detail orientation and experience with IT implementation projects or software development will certainly make it easier for you to get started.
We require a very good command of German and English.
