Deine Aufgaben

Als Spezialist für Business Development betreust Du eigenständig eine unserer Schlüsseldomänen (bspw. Automobilindustrie, Anlagen- und Komponententechnik) mit Fokus auf die gruppenweite Strategie für das Geschäft im Bereich software-defined process automation and control.

Entwicklung einer Ascon Systems Schlüsseldomäne in Richtung Umsatz und Produkt
Verantwortlich für die strategisch relevanten Kunden in der Schlüsseldomäne
- Geschäftsanalyse von Märkten sowie Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie
Analyse von Potentialen und Synergien in angrenzenden und übergreifenden Geschäftsbereichen
- Transferleistung zum Produkt über Definition des Produktportfolios, Produkteigenschaften und Funktionen
Erfolgskontrolle aller Maßnahmen
Aufbereitung und (Re-) Präsentation von Strategien, Maßnahmen und Ergebnissen

Deine Qualifikation

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich strategisches Business Development
Branchenerfahrung aus IT (Softwareprodukte/Softwareentwicklung), Automatisierung oder Digitalisierungsszenarien
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung der Fachrichtung Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Marketing oder Vertrieb
Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessengineering
Kommunikatives Talent, mit allen internen und externen Schnittstellen Netzwerke aufzubauen
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Your tasks

As a Business Development Specialist, you will independently manage one of our key domains (e.g., automotive industry, plant and component engineering) with a focus on the group-wide strategy for the software-defined process automation and control business.

Development of a Ascon Systems key domain towards revenue and product.
Responsible for strategically relevant customers in the key domain
Business analysis of markets as well as sales and marketing strategy
Analysis of potentials and synergies in adjacent and overlapping business areas
Transfer to the product via definition of the product portfolio, product features and functions
Success control of all measures
Preparation and (re-) presentation of strategies, measures and results

Your profile

Completed technical or scientific studies (e.g. mechanical engineering/mechatronics/manufacturing technology/computer science/mathematics).
Experience in one or more areas: product development process, plant and factory planning, PLM software solutions (CAD, bill of materials, etc.), digital factory
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
Pleasure in shaping digitalization for our customers
Independent action and solution-oriented thinking
Good team player and strong communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel
